Lux et Veritas
Abigail is a young, aspiring writer and passionate scholar of Biblical truths. Growing up in a family that has been involved in ministry for years, she has been raised with a deep love and curiosity for the Lord, His wisdom, and the purpose that He has for her.
Pursuing her education through Liberty University, Abigail is currently on the path of developing her gifts and talents for the purpose of ministry, whether it be through writing, teaching, counseling, or simple fellowship with others. Just as the Bible commands, her mission is to use her abilities to serve the Lord and the church as a steward of God's varied grace.
Sin shrouds the world in darkness, leaving us wandering aimlessly in an attempt to find our way. It is only with God's truth that we are truly given direction. As Christians, we are given the privilege of being used to reflect that illuminating light to the rest of the world. Our vision is to see every Christian filled with that light and for it to shine through them like a city on a hill, its magnetic solace being undeniably recognized as God's grace and glory represented through us.
Veritas Lighthouse serves to be an example of that vision, reflecting the guiding light of God's truth. With every verse studied and shared, every article posted, and every service provided, we hope to remind people of the Bible's dependability as our true north in the midst of these storms.
Through this mission, we strive to be a tool for God's ministry, as we are all called to be.
As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ.
